I'm currently working in partnership with a highly respected, multi-disciplinary property and planning consultancy to recruit a Graduate Town Planner to join their established team in Lincoln.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated graduate looking to kick-start their career within a supportive and commercially focused planning environment, gaining exposure to a diverse range of projects across the UK.

The Opportunity

As a Graduate Town Planner, you will become part of a dynamic and experienced planning team delivering expert advice across sectors including:

Residential and strategic land promotion

Commercial and mixed-use development

Rural and agricultural projects

Renewable energy schemes

You'll gain hands-on experience from day one, assisting with planning applications, site appraisals, policy research, and client liaison, while working alongside senior planners who are committed to mentoring and professional development.

Key Responsibilities

Assisting in the preparation and submission of planning applications and appeals

Undertaking site visits and planning appraisals

Conducting policy research and preparing supporting statements

Supporting stakeholder and client engagement

Contributing to strategic land promotion projects

About You

RTPI-accredited degree (or working towards completion) in Town Planning or related discipline

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Commercial awareness and an interest in property and development

Proactive, organised, and keen to learn

Full UK driving licence (or working towards)
