The Opportunity
As a Graduate Town Planner, you will gain hands-on experience supporting senior planners on a variety of residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. You'll be involved in all aspects of the planning process, giving you a strong foundation to develop your professional career.
Key Responsibilities
Assisting in the preparation and submission of planning applications and appeals
Conducting site appraisals and planning research
Supporting the preparation of planning statements and reports
Liaising with local authorities, stakeholders, and clients
Monitoring planning policy changes and assessing their impact on projectsAbout You
Degree in Town Planning or a related discipline (RTPI accredited preferred)
Achieved A-B grades at A-Level (or equivalent)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail
A proactive and enthusiastic approach to learning and development
