We are recruiting a confident and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and inclusive school in Tower Hamlets. This role is ideal for graduates who already have some hands-on experience and are now looking to deepen their impact within a structured school setting.
You will be supporting pupils with additional needs such as Autism (ASC), ADHD, SEMH, and speech & language needs, helping them access learning, regulate emotions, and build confidence.

Your Role Will Include:
* Supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis or in small groups
* Helping students stay engaged and access classroom learning
* Delivering tailored interventions and support strategies
* Supporting emotional regulation and behaviour
* Assisting with communication and social development
* Working collaboratively with teachers and SEN staff
* Creating a safe, structured and inclusive learning environment
Pay & Hours
* £90 - £105 per day (dependent on experience)
* Monday to Friday, term-time only
* Typical hours: 8:30am - 3:30pm
What We're Looking For
* Graduates with experience working with children or young people
* Experience in schools, tutoring, youth work, mentoring, care, coaching or similar
* A genuine interest in SEND and inclusive education
* Calm, patient, and proactive individuals
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* A willingness to learn and adapt to pupil needs
* GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths at grade C/4 or above
