As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting students and teachers across the school. Graduates with a subject specialism may have the opportunity to work predominantly within their chosen department, helping students achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities

Support students in lessons across a range of subjects, or within your specialist subject area.
Work closely with teaching staff to deliver targeted interventions and small-group support.
Assist with the preparation of engaging learning materials and classroom activities.
Provide pastoral support, helping to foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Contribute to the wider school community, including extracurricular activities and events.
About You

We are looking for candidates who have:

A degree in any subject (education-related degrees are advantageous but not essential).
A genuine passion for working with young people and supporting their academic progress.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
