✅ About the Role

As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will:

Support teachers with day‑to‑day classroom activities.
Work with pupils individually or in small groups to strengthen their understanding.
Assist with core subjects including phonics, reading, writing, and numeracy.
Help deliver targeted intervention sessions where required.
Create a positive, engaging, and inclusive learning environment.
Build supportive relationships with pupils to aid their academic and emotional development.
