The Role
As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will:
Support pupils across KS3 and KS4 in a range of subjects
Provide 1:1 and small group support, including students with SEND such as ASD, ADHD, and dyslexia
Help students stay focused, engaged, and confident in lessons
Work alongside teachers to adapt tasks and resources
Build positive relationships that support learning and wellbeing
Contribute to a calm, purposeful classroom environment
You’ll gain hands-on experience across different schools, subjects, and year groups, giving you a real feel for what working in education is like.
