As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will:
Work closely with class teachers to support high-quality teaching and learning
Provide 1:1 and small-group support to pupils
Gain hands-on experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN), using your psychological insight to help pupils feel understood, supported, and confident
Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment

This role is well suited to recent Psychology graduates. Experience working with children-through volunteering, tutoring, mentoring, youth work, or similar-is highly desirable. Strong communication skills, empathy, and a proactive, patient approach are essential.
