The RoleAs a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will support pupils across the primary age range through a combination of classroom support, targeted interventions, and small group work. You will work closely with class teachers and support staff to help create an engaging and positive learning environment where all pupils can thrive.

Your responsibilities may include:
• Supporting pupils during lessons across a range of subjects
• Working with small groups and individual pupils to reinforce learning
• Supporting children with varying learning abilities and additional needs
• Assisting with classroom preparation and behaviour management
• Helping pupils develop confidence, independence, and engagement within lessons

This role is ideal for graduates considering a future career in teaching, educational psychology, speech and language therapy, or wider education-based professions.

The ideal candidate will:• Hold a degree with a 2:1 classification or above
• Russell Group graduates are encouraged to apply
• Have been educated through the UK education system or possess a strong understanding of the UK primary curriculum
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Be proactive, enthusiastic, and adaptable
