What You'll Do as a Graduate Teaching Assistant
Provide 1:1 or small-group support for pupils with SEN
Assist class teachers with lesson delivery and daily routines
Support pupils with communication, emotional regulation and engagement
Adapt quickly to new schools and classrooms
Build essential child-development and SEN experience
Who We're Looking For
A motivated Graduate Teaching Assistant with a degree in Psychology, Education, Childhood Studies, Sociology, English or similar
Someone who wants to build SEN experience before further training
