We’re looking for an enthusiastic and committed Graduate Teaching Assistant (TA) to join a vibrant secondary school, supporting small group interventions and inspiring young learners through your subject expertise.
About the Role
* Work closely with students in small group settings to boost understanding and confidence in your subject area
* Support teaching staff in the classroom while gaining insight into lesson planning and behaviour management
* Play an active role in school life and become a role model to pupils from your own community
* Develop key professional skills in communication, leadership, problem-solving, and emotional intelligence – all valued across many career paths
Ideal for You If You Are:
* A recent graduate (or soon to graduate) in a subject such as English, Maths, Science, Humanities, or similar
* An aspiring teacher looking to gain classroom experience before pursuing teacher training
* A great communicator who is patient, proactive, and ready to inspire

Available 5 days a week and happy to commit to the rest of the school year
*
Able to obtain an enhanced DBS on the update service, or willing to apply for one
*
Able to provide references to cover the last 2 years in full
