* Assisting teachers with lesson preparation and classroom organisation
* Encouraging pupils to develop positive attitudes towards learning
* Helping maintain an engaging, inclusive and purposeful classroom environment
* Working collaboratively with teaching staff to support pupils' academic and personal development
Ideal Graduate Teaching Assistant for Schools in Battersea
* Hold a degree with a strong academic profile, ideally a First or 2:1
* Demonstrate excellent GCSE and A Level results
* Have a genuine interest in supporting children and young people
* Bring enthusiasm, resilience and a proactive approach to school life
* Experience working with children is welcomed but isn't essential
* Be available full-time from September until the end of the academic year
