Are you a high-achieving graduate with ambitions to become a teacher? This Outstanding primary school in Greenwich is seeking a dedicated Graduate Teaching Assistant to support pupils in Year 5 or Year 6. With a January start, this role offers the perfect springboard into education, all within an innovative and nurturing setting.

You’ll work closely with a skilled KS2 teacher and play an active role in preparing pupils for the transition to secondary school. This role is ideal for graduates considering a PGCE or school-based teacher training from September 2026.

What You’ll Be Doing:

* Supporting teaching and learning in either Year 5 or Year 6

* Leading small group work in literacy and numeracy

* Supporting pupils through SATs prep (Year 6) or deepening subject knowledge (Year 5)

* Helping with classroom routines and behaviour management

* Providing feedback on pupil progress and development

* Collaborating with teaching staff to deliver engaging lessons
