The Role

As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with experienced teachers and support students across KS3 and KS4. You will play a key role in helping students engage with learning, build confidence, and achieve their full potential.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Supporting students during engaging classroom lessons across a range of subjects
Working one-to-one and in small groups to boost confidence, attainment, and participation
Assisting students with classwork, revision sessions, and exam preparation
Encouraging positive learning behaviours and classroom engagement
Supporting students with additional learning needs where required
Assisting teachers with lesson preparation, resources, and classroom activities
Building positive relationships with students, teachers, and parents
Gaining invaluable school-based experience ahead of teacher trainingWho the School is Looking For

A degree in any subject
