We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Graduate Teaching Assistant to join our vibrant and inclusive secondary school in the heart of Newham. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the classroom, supporting pupils' learning and development while working alongside experienced teachers.

About the Role

Support teaching and learning across a range of subjects, both in class and through small group or one-to-one work

Assist teachers in preparing and delivering engaging lessons

Help to create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment

Provide additional support to students with special educational needs (SEN)

Contribute to the wider school community and extracurricular activities

About You

A recent graduate (minimum 2:2 degree) - all subject areas welcome

A strong interest in education and a potential future in teaching

Excellent communication, teamwork, and organisational skills

A patient, proactive, and supportive attitude

Experience working with young people (desirable but not essential)
