The Role:

As a Graduate Teacher, you will:

Deliver pre-planned lessons in your subject specialism

Support pupils' learning across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 opportunities available)

Work closely with experienced teachers and mentors

Develop your classroom management and teaching skills

Contribute to the wider school community

This role is ideal for graduates considering PGCE, School Direct or other teacher training pathways.

We Are Looking For:

A UK degree (2:2 or above preferred)

A passion for education and working with young people

Strong communication and organisational skills

Confidence, resilience and a willingness to learn

An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
