The Role

As a Graduate on the programme, you may be involved in:

Supporting pupils in class, small groups, or on a one-to-one basis

Helping to raise attainment and engagement across the school

Providing pastoral support and acting as a positive role model

Gaining exposure to daily school life and professional expectations

Who We're Looking For

A recent graduate (any degree subject welcome)

A genuine interest in education and working with young people

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

A positive, proactive, and reliable attitude

Experience with children or young people is desirable but not essential
