š¹ What You’ll Be Doing
No two days are the same! You’ll support the design and delivery of temporary works structures, including:
ā Propping, shoring, scaffolding, and excavation support
ā Producing calculations and design reports under guidance
ā Preparing technical drawings using AutoCAD or similar software
ā Collaborating with senior engineers, contractors, and site teams
ā Visiting sites to see your designs come to life
š¹ Who We’re Looking For
You’ll thrive here if you have:
š A Civil or Structural Engineering degree
š Around 1 year of experience or relevant internship/work placement
š Basic knowledge of temporary works procedures (BS5975)
š» Exposure to structural analysis or CAD software
š Drive to learn and progress toward Chartered Engineer status (ICE or IStructE)
