What We’re Looking For-

No prior experience required (although any experience supporting children with ALN is a bonus).
A positive attitude and a genuine enthusiasm for working with learners with ALN.
The ability to stay calm, adaptable, and compassionate in fast‑paced or challenging situations.
An Enhanced Child and Adult DBS registered on the Update Service (support available if needed).
Registration with the Education Workforce Council (EWC) (we can assist with this too!).
A full UK driving licence with access to your own vehicle, or willingness to travel between Cardiff sites.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
