What Will You Do?

As a Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant, you will become a consistent source of support for pupils with a range of additional needs. These may include Autism, ADHD, learning difficulties, speech and communication needs, and social or emotional needs.

You will work alongside experienced teachers and specialist staff to understand why a pupil may be struggling and what practical strategies can remove those barriers.
