What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll play a key role in supporting students to thrive, both academically and emotionally.

Your day-to-day will include:

Supporting teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons
Working 1:1 or in small groups with pupils with SEN (including ASD, ADHD, and communication needs)
Helping students build confidence, manage emotions, and develop independence
Using creative and adaptive approaches to make learning accessible
Working alongside SENCOs, therapists, and specialist staff
From your very first day, you’ll be making a real impact while developing confidence, resilience, and professional skills.

Psychology, Education, Childhood Studies
Sociology, Criminology, Social Sciences
Sport, Health & Social Care, Youth Work
Or any graduate with a genuine passion for supporting young people
You’ll thrive in this role if you are:

Positive, patient, and empathetic
Confident and willing to support diverse needs
Proactive and reliable with a strong work ethic
Available Monday–Friday (8:30am–3:30pm)
Willing to obtain an Enhanced DBS

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
