What You'll Be Doing
* Learn the full 360 recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to closing deals
* Build relationships with candidates and clients and develop your own network
* Generate new business and identify opportunities within your market
* Manage your own pipeline and work towards individual and team targets
* Become a specialist in your chosen technology market
