What We Offer

Salary:
£25,000-£29,000

Commission & Earnings:
Market-leading commission structure with realistic earning potential of:

* £35,000 YEAR 1

* £70,000 YEAR 2

* £100,000 YEAR 3

Your Role as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant at Oyster, you’ll be trained to:

* Identify and engage candidates using a variety of recruitment and sales techniques

* Develop strong relationships with candidates and clients alike

* Learn your specialist market and provide insight-driven advice

* Work towards clear objectives within a fast-paced, sales-focused environment

Recruitment is a results-driven role if you enjoy targets, competition, and learning about people, you’ll fit right in.

Experience in sales, customer service, or target-driven roles is helpful but not essential.
