The Opportunity
This is an ideal role for a driven graduate who wants a career that combines people skills, commercial thinking, and fast progression. You’ll receive hands-on training, close support from senior consultants and directors, and the opportunity to quickly take ownership of your own market as you develop.
You’ll be learning how to:

* Support and eventually run executive search assignments
* Develop candidate networks within a high-growth sector
* Understand how businesses hire senior leaders and how decisions are made

What You’ll Be Doing
* Supporting senior consultants on executive search projects
* Speaking with high-calibre candidates and building long-term relationships
* Researching markets and identifying talent
* Learning how to manage client relationships and live assignments
* Developing your commercial confidence and communication skills
* Working towards running your own desk with full ownership
