Graduate Recruitment Consultant
Salary: £26,000 basic + uncapped commission (OTE £30k - £40k Year 1) | Industry-leading training | Merit-based progression (Entry Level to Director)
Location: Bristol City Centre
Hours: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm (Early Finish Fridays!)

The role
As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you'll build your own specialist desk, speak to clients and talent daily, and develop the skills to win business, manage processes and close deals. This is a phone-led, target-driven position with uncapped commission and long-term progression.
What you'll do
Source and qualify professionals within your market
Coordinate interviews and manage candidate/client communication
Build relationships with new and existing clients
Win new business through business development and account management
Manage the process end-to-end (briefing → offer)
Negotiate offers and close dealsTraining & development (from day one)
You don't need recruitment experience, we'll teach you everything. You'll receive:
A structured onboarding programme covering the full recruitment process
Daily coaching and 1-1 support from experienced consultants and leaders
Clear targets and a step-by-step plan to get you earning commission quickly
Ongoing training focused on performance, promotion and long-term leadership developmentWhat we're looking for
Ambition, resilience and strong work ethic
Confident communicator (comfortable on the phone)
Motivated by targets, earnings and progression
Coachable mindset and willingness to learn
Sales experience helpful, but not essential
