This is a fantastic opportunity for a Graduate to join a growing, design-led planning and architecture practice that offers structured development, hands-on experience, and clear long-term progression for someone who wants to step into the Planning world.
This established planning and architecture practice delivers a diverse portfolio of projects, ranging from bespoke one-off homes to medium-scale residential developments, alongside specialist schemes across agricultural, equestrian, and education sectors. With a strong reputation for quality and a friendly, close-knit team culture, the business is focused on sustainable growth and developing talent from within.
In this role, you will support the planning team across the full project lifecycle, from initial appraisals and planning research through to submitting applications and liaising with clients and local authorities. You will gain hands-on experience across a wide variety of projects, working closely with both planning and architectural teams. Full support towards RTPI and ongoing professional development is provided.
With that, the ideal candidate will hold a relevant degree and demonstrate strong communication, organisation, and a genuine desire to learn and develop within the industry.

The Role:
Supporting planning applications from initial research through to submission
Undertaking planning policy research and development appraisals
Liaising with clients, local authorities, and internal teams
Assisting with planning statements and reports
Working closely with architectural teams on integrated projects
Office-based in Reigate with hybrid working after probationThe Person:
Degree qualified in related discipline
Strong communication and organisational skills
Eager to learn and develop within planning
Professional, proactive, and team-oriented
Interested in pursuing RTPI accreditation
Commutable distance to Reigate
