Role Summary

This is a unique opportunity to build a strong foundation in commercial leadership, You will support high‑priority initiatives, contribute to problem‑solving, and help drive innovation across multiple business units.

Core Responsibilities

Business Support & Coordination
Assist Heads of Business with day‑to‑day operational tasks and strategic projects.
Support the development of plans for:
Business growth and market expansion
Client engagement and retention
Operational improvement and future‑readiness
Help track progress on key initiatives and prepare updates for senior leadership.
Contribute to maintaining compliance, reporting, and governance standards.
Problem Solving & Project Delivery
Support senior leaders in identifying operational challenges across the group.
Assist in researching issues, gathering data, and proposing practical solutions.
Participate in turnaround or improvement projects, learning from experienced leaders.
Help coordinate actions and ensure follow‑through on project tasks.

Growth & Innovation Support
Conduct research into new markets, competitors, and potential business opportunities.
Assist with early‑stage assessments for acquisitions or new ventures.
Help prepare materials for due diligence, investment discussions, and integration planning.
Contribute ideas to support innovation and value creation across the group.Additional Responsibilities

Gather insights from different business units and share best practices across the group.
Build a strong understanding of how each business operates, including challenges and opportunities.
Support the development of group‑wide strategies and improvement initiatives.
Work closely with the Head of Operational Excellence on operational improvement projects.
