A thriving secondary school in Greenwich (Kidbrooke) is seeking a passionate and driven Graduate Music and Drama Teaching Assistant to support their Creative Arts department. This is an excellent opportunity for aspiring teachers to gain practical classroom experience ahead of pursuing a PGCE or teacher training route.
✏️ The Role:
• Support Music and Drama lessons across KS3 and KS4
• Assist with rehearsals, performances, and practical lessons
• Deliver targeted support to students in creative arts activities
• Help with lesson preparation, resources, and classroom organisation
✅ Candidate Requirements:
• 2:1 or above in Music, Drama, Performing Arts, or a related field
• Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for the arts
• Experience working with young people (desirable but not essential)
• Creative, proactive, and enthusiastic attitude
