We are recruiting enthusiastic Graduate Learning Support Assistants to join a range of vibrant inner-city primary schools across Leeds.

About the Role

You will be working across Early Years, KS1, and KS2, supporting pupils with:

General classroom learning
Behaviour and engagement
English as an Additional Language (EAL)
Special Educational Needs (SEN)
Small groups and 1:1 interventionsThese roles offer invaluable hands-on experience for anyone considering teacher training, educational psychology, or a long-term career working with children.

We're Looking For Graduates Who:

Are passionate about working with children and young people
Have strong communication skills and confidence in the classroom
Show resilience and positive behaviour management
Can take direction well from the class teacher
Are proactive, committed, and ready to get fully involved
