The Role

You’ll split your time between site and office, developing strong technical foundations while building confidence managing ground investigations.

You’ll be involved in:

Supervising drilling rigs and trial pits

*

Logging soil and rock to British Standards

*

Sampling and groundwater/gas monitoring

*

Coordinating laboratory testing

*

Preparing factual reports

*

Supporting interpretative reporting with senior engineers

You’ll gradually take on more responsibility as your experience grows.

What We’re Looking For

BSc or MSc in Geology, Engineering Geology or similar

*

Up to 1 year of relevant industry experience (placements count)

*

Full UK driving licence (essential)

*

Strong attention to detail

*

A proactive, positive attitude

*

Eagerness to learn and progress
