Our Graduate Programme – Built for Your Future

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Graduate Engineer, you’ll work alongside Project and Contract Managers to support the full lifecycle of engineering projects, from concept through to delivery and handover.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Championing high standards of Health & Safety through site supervision, inspections, and best practices.

* Conducting site inspections and preparing RAMS (Risk Assessments & Method Statements).

* Supporting procurement activities, including sourcing materials, parts, and labour.

* Assisting Project Managers in delivering projects on time and within scope.

* Managing and obtaining permits to work.

* Delivering toolbox talks and safety briefings.

* Engineering degree.

* A proactive attitude and willingness to learn

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* The ability to work collaboratively and motivate others
