The Graduate Engineer role is a fantastic opportunity to develop into a highly capable engineer through structured rotations, mentoring and real-world engineering challenges.

* Rotate across departments to build strong engineering, operational and technical capability
* Support HSEQ culture, follow safety procedures, and uphold high workplace standards
* Assist with engineering design tasks and respond to engineering/manufacturing queries
* Work with mentors and management to progress through a comprehensive graduate development pathway.

* Degree in an Engineering discipline (Mechanical preferred)
* Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
* Ability to work effectively in fastโpaced, teamโbased environments
* Motivation to develop professionally and technically
* Some work or project experience demonstrating practical capability.
