Due to continued growth, they're looking to recruit a Graduate Electrical Engineer who already has experience working within a Building Services consultancy and is ready to build on their existing knowledge.
The Role
As part of an experienced Electrical Engineering team, you'll work on a diverse range of projects from concept through to completion, supporting the delivery of innovative and sustainable electrical building services designs.
Your responsibilities will include:
Producing electrical building services designs for a variety of projects.
Assisting with the design of lighting, small power, fire alarm, security and other electrical systems.
Preparing design calculations, technical reports and specifications.
Coordinating designs with Mechanical Engineers, Architects and other design disciplines.
Attending client meetings, design team meetings and site visits.
Supporting project delivery while developing your technical and professional skills.
Ensuring designs comply with current Building Regulations and relevant British Standards.About You
This is not an entry-level graduate role. Applicants must already have experience working within a Building Services consultancy.
To be considered, you'll have:
A degree in Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering or a related discipline.
Previous experience working as an Electrical Engineer within a Building Services consultancy.
Experience contributing to electrical building services design on UK projects.
Working knowledge of AutoCAD, with Revit experience being advantageous.
An understanding of current Building Regulations and relevant British Standards.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
A proactive attitude and a genuine passion for Building Services Engineering.What's on Offer
