A leading manufacturer and supplier of high-quality commercial LED lighting solutions is looking for an ambitious Graduate Commercial Business Trainee to join its commercial team in Rubery, Birmingham. The business supplies an extensive range of energy-efficient LED lighting solutions for sectors including commercial offices, healthcare, education, industrial facilities, transport infrastructure and residential developments. Working closely with electrical wholesalers, contractors, consultants and end users, it provides not only innovative products but also technical support, lighting design and project management expertise. Role Responsibilities

As a Graduate Commercial Business Trainee, you will:

Support the Commercial Manager with quotations, tenders and customer projects
Coordinate customer project orders from initial enquiry through to successful delivery
Work closely with Sales, Technical, Supply Chain and Production teams to keep projects on track
Build relationships with customers, electrical wholesalers and internal stakeholders
Use the company's CRM and ERP systems to manage project information and produce reports
Help monitor project progress, resolve issues and ensure excellent customer service throughoutRewards

Starting salary of £28,000 - £32,000
27 days' holiday plus Christmas shutdown

Requirements

To be successful in this Graduate Commercial Business Trainee role, you should have:

A degree preferably in Business or similar
Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
Confident communication and relationship-building skills
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
