What You'll Be Doing
* Supporting the processing of customer orders and commercial agreements
* Managing contracts, subscriptions and related administration
* Maintaining accurate customer records and business data
* Working with internal systems and Microsoft Excel
* Assisting sales and operations teams with day-to-day activities
* Handling customer enquiries and providing excellent service
* Ensuring information is processed accurately and efficiently
What We're Looking For
* A recent graduate or someone looking to start a commercial career
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Confident communicator with a professional approach
* Comfortable using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn
* Strong work ethic and ability to manage multiple tasks
* Previous administration, retail, hospitality or customer service experience is beneficial but not essential
* Applicants must have the unrestricted right to work in the UK, as visa sponsorship is not available for this position
