A well-respectedĀ specialist SEMH school in SloughĀ is seeking a dedicatedĀ Aspiring Probation OfficerĀ to support childrenĀ withĀ social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needsĀ and associated challenging behaviours.

Many students have experiencedĀ adverse childhood experiences (ACEs), trauma, or family dysfunction, and face barriers such as low educational attainment, stigmatisation, and social marginalisation. The school provides aĀ structured, supportive, and therapeutic environmentĀ where pupils can develop confidence, resilience, and the skills they need to succeed academically, socially, and emotionally.

As anĀ Aspiring Probation Officer, you will:

šŸ’¬ Support pupils with SEMH needs, behaviour challenges, and trauma-related difficulties
🌈 Help students re-engage with learning and develop life skills

Passionate about helping vulnerable young people overcome barriers and reach their potential
