As Global Marketing Communications Manager, you’ll:

Develop and lead the global marketing communications strategy across all channels and regions.

Drive brand visibility and engagement through powerful storytelling and consistent, high-impact campaigns.

Collaborate with senior leaders and segment teams to align messaging with business goals.

Manage digital marketing initiatives – including SEO, PPC, social, and content marketing – with data-driven precision.

Oversee PR, media relations, and content creation across international markets.

Lead, mentor, and inspire a small team of marketing professionals to deliver results and grow with the business.
Essential Requirements
To thrive in this role, you’ll bring:
ā Degree-level qualification in Marketing, Communications, or a related subject (CIM diploma desirable).
ā Experience in marketing communications or product management - ideally within a manufacturing, healthcare B2B setting.
ā Proven ability to create and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
ā Strong strategic thinking and project management skills.
ā Confident communicator with excellent writing, presentation, and influencing ability.
ā A natural leader and collaborator, comfortable working cross-functionally and internationally.
