Job description
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Handyman & Cleaner to carry out a variety of maintenance, repair, and cleaning duties. This role is ideal for someone practical, self-motivated, and able to manage a range of tasks to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:
General handyman tasks including basic repairs, maintenance, and minor installations
Painting, patching, fixing fixtures
Cleaning of indoor and outdoor areas, including floors, surfaces, kitchens, bathrooms, and waste disposal
Ensuring properties/areas are kept clean, safe, and well-maintained
Identifying and reporting maintenance issues
Using tools and cleaning equipment safely and correctly
Cleaning and maintaining facilities making sure they are all up to scratch
Requirements:
Proven experience as a handyman, cleaner, or in a similar role
Good practical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Attention to detail and pride in quality work
Physically fit and able to carry out manual tasks
Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
Basic knowledge of health and safety practices
