The successful tutor will need to be patient, empathetic, and able to create and deliver learning plans on a 1:1 basis. A therapeutic approach may be needed to re-engage students with their learning. The goal is to provide structure in the pupils daily routine, ensuring their educational development continues, and supporting them towards returning to an educational setting.

Prospero Teaching will closely monitor the progress of each pupil, asking you to submit weekly reports to track development.

Tuition generally takes place during school daytime hours, though occasional opportunities for after-school sessions (3-4pm) or evening sessions may arise. Sessions typically range from 1 to 4 hours, on a daily or weekly basis.
