"To Inspire Everyone, Everywhere, to Make Time for Adventure"
The Role
You’ll work in a variety of outdoor environments with a wide range of groups. You’ll work both independently and as part of a team to facilitate activity sessions. This is more than just a job. You won’t just be an instructor: you’ll be a coach, a facilitator, a mentor, a guide, an inspiration. We’re looking for enthusiastic people to inspire others through exciting adventures.
Your attitude and personality is paramount to us: we’re looking for someone who has a positive outlook, professionalism, promptness and who works well under pressure. You’ll possess strong communication skills, and excellent presentation skills and enjoy a varied and challenging programme.
We are looking to employ someone with a range of experience, qualifications and skills:
If you are an experienced instructor/facilitator with higher-level qualifications, this may be the perfect role for you, leading our advanced sessions, training other staff members or coaching on our Outdoor Instructor Training Courses.
