We are looking for French Speaking Holiday Advisors to join our existing team. Our client offers holiday packages to European customers both online and over the phone.
Our ideal candidate will be someone who has a passion for customer service and a natural ability to influence sales.
Hours: 40 hours between 8am to 7pm Monday to Friday and 8am to 6pm Saturday – only 2 weekend days per month
Salary: £26,603 + uncapped commission OTE bonus approximately £5000 per annum
Location : Canary Wharf – Hybrid working
This is a hybrid role after completion of training which is approximately 2 months. Then the role will become hybrid - 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.
Responsibilities:
* Handle incoming calls for both sales and service calls
* Handle service requests in the applications system supplied by the client
* Generate sales through understanding customer needs and creating desire
* Cancel, modify or confirm holidays already sold
* Upsell additional products, services and extended stays
Person Spec:
* Fluent in French and English
* Excellent customer service
* Have a willing to help and resolve queries
