Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm (40 hours per week)
The Opportunity
We are seeking a confident and highly organised French-Speaking Customer Service Administrator to join a fast-paced and supportive team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone from a similar customer service or administrative background who enjoys delivering exceptional service and supporting international clients within a professional environment.
You will play a key role in providing high-quality support to European agencies, using both French and English to communicate effectively and ensure an excellent customer experience.
What you'll be doing as the French Speaking Customer Service Administrator:
Accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining customer records and data
Providing professional customer support to European clients in both French and English
Handling customer queries efficiently and ensuring a high standard of service
Investigating court summons and supporting cost reduction processes
Using Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) to support daily operations
Working independently to meet productivity targets and deadlines
Ensuring all work meets quality and compliance standards
Providing general administrative support to the wider team where required
What we're looking for:
Fluent in both French and English (written and spoken)
Able to speak and translate German is desired
Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
Confident using Microsoft Office and general IT systems
A proactive, reliable, and solutions-focused mindset
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
