Join a dynamic team in the manufacturing sector where passion and personality truly matter! Our client is looking for a French-speaking Customer Service Administrator to support their growing operations. Reporting to the Customer Services Team Lead France and working closely with the National Account Manager France, you’ll play a key role in delivering excellent service in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities for a Customer Service Administrator:

* Answer incoming calls and liaising with internal contacts or external service providers in relation to customer orders and enquiries.

* Preparing quotations and advising customers on products.

* Supply samples, literature and quotations to all potential customers and existing customers within your remit.

* Liaise with the Accounts team and customers to discuss payment terms, available payment options, credit limits, and pro forma invoices.

* Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers, building on COBA’s trusted reputation for quality and service.

Key Skills for a Customer Service Administrator:

* Excellent French language skills both written and verbal.

* Previous Customer service or Sales Admin experience.

* Excellent at forming relationships.

* Persuasive and assertive personality.

* Self-motivated and driven.
