Freight Inside Sales Executive

Our client, a freight forwarder is looking for an Inside Sales Executive to join their office in Southampton.

* Quoting customers using our 360 portal and our in house system

* Ensuring Quotes are sent accurately and with a fast turn around

* Following up quotes with customers via phone and asking relevant questions to secure the booking

* Competition mapping

* Feeding back any information that could help secure future bookings for customers to management/team leader

Required

* Good Customer service skills – Emailing/speaking to customers in a polite and friendly manner

* Attention to detail

* Able to use basic maths with use of a calculator

* Good basic I.T skills
