The Role
As Franchise Sales Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind our franchise growth — with full ownership of sales strategy, lead generation, and relationship building. You won’t just sell the brand — you’ll help define its next phase.
You’ll also unlock new commercial revenue through brand partnerships, events, and third-party collaborations — adding new income streams you can take pride in building.
Key Responsibilities
Grow our UK franchise network – win new partners and bring our coffee to more communities
Launch mobile coffee trailers in key markets – bring flexible, lower-investment options to ambitious franchisees
Secure high-value partnerships and events – open doors to new revenue and increase brand visibility
Shape sales strategy with our Head of Operations – your input will influence how and where we grow
Stay ahead of the market – your insights will keep us one step ahead of the competition
