This opportunity is different.
We are looking for a Franchise Partner / Contract Recruiter to join an existing KTS Group healthcare franchise operating in the UK private healthcare sector.
You will work alongside an established Lead Franchisee who already understands the market, knows the client base and has access to existing market intelligence and candidate knowledge.
You will still need to be commercially driven. You will still need to do business development. You will still need to pick up the phone, build relationships, manage clients and deliver contract placements.
But you will be doing it inside a market that is already known, supported and active.
The Opportunity
This is a strong fit for a recruiter who wants the benefits of the KTS franchise model, but would rather join an established healthcare desk than launch a standalone franchise immediately.
You will support and grow contract recruitment activity in the UK private healthcare market, working closely with the Lead Franchisee and benefiting from the wider KTS platform, infrastructure and support.
You will be expected to:
* Develop and manage client relationships within the UK private healthcare sector.
* Work warm client leads and existing market intelligence.
* Build and maintain strong candidate relationships.
* Deliver contract recruitment assignments from client requirement through to placement.
* Support business development activity in a market already known by the franchise.
* Follow the direction and market strategy of the Lead Franchisee.
* Work independently, professionally and flexibly.
* Represent the KTS and Key Health brand with trust, care and commercial maturity.

Who This Is For
This role is for someone who has already worked in contract recruitment and understands that recruitment is a sales-led, relationship-driven business.
You should be:
* Experienced in contract recruitment, with a minimum of 12 months’ experience.
* Comfortable working in healthcare, private healthcare, nursing, clinical, care, medical or a similar contract-led market.
* Prepared to focus on contract recruitment.
* Confident speaking with clients and candidates.
* Willing to do business development and grow relationships.
* Able to follow the lead of an established Lead Franchisee.
* Trustworthy, professional and commercially mature.
* Comfortable working remotely and independently.
* Motivated by flexibility, autonomy and performance-based reward.
