Responsibilities:

* Researching and analysing market trends, providing insights and suggestions for frozen foods sector.

* Developing new product, optimising quality for current products and developing instructions to improve production quality.
* 開發新產品，優化現有產品品質，並制定改善生產品質的指導方針。
* Establishing the production procedures and quality standards assessed by scientific and technical method to ensure quality.
* 建立生產流程和品質標準，並運用科學技術方法進行評估，以確保產品品質。
* Collaborating with Sales Team to resolve any after sales technical issues.
* 與銷售團隊合作，解決售後技術問題。
* Familiar with production procedures & equipment, raw materials’ and ingredients’ features and assisting with supplier selection process to maintain product quality.
* 熟悉生產流程和設備、原料和配料的特性，並協助供應商選擇流程，以維持產品品質。
* Collaborating with Marketing Team for new product including but not limited to technical specifications, ingredients, and sampling.
* 與市場團隊合作，負責新產品開發，包括但不限於技術規格、配料和樣品製作。
* Working closely with Quality Manager to provide technical support for and quality correction and improvement.
* 與品質經理緊密合作，提供技術支持，並進行品質糾正和改進。
* Assisting with other ad-hoc tasks.
* 協助處理其他臨時性任務。
Schedule:
工作時間：
* Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm (1hr unpaid break)
* 週一至週五 上午9點至下午6點（含1小時無薪休息時間）
Requirements:
任職要求:
* Bachelor’s degree in food science or a related field. Master’s degree preferred
* 食品科學或相關專業本科及以上學歷。碩士學位優先
* 3+ years of experience in a food technician and developing role is a must. Experience in quality assurance within food sector preferred.
* 必須具備3年以上食品技術員及相關職位經驗。有食品業品質保證經驗者優先。
* Strong knowledge of UK/EU food regulation and labelling
* 熟悉英國/歐盟食品法規及標籤要求
* Knowledge of food safety, HACCP, GMP and Due Diligence
* 了解食品安全、HACCP、GMP及盡職調查
* A Self-starter and excellent communicator with ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
* 積極主動，溝通能力強，能夠同時處理多項任務並按時完成
* Reliable and detail oriented with great can-do attitude in a fast-paced environment
* 可靠、注重細節，能夠在快節奏的工作環境中保持積極進取的態度
Language Requirements:
Mandarin Chinese - essential
English (fluent – a must)
