EXPERIENCED F&B Assistant – Live in
The hotel is currently looking for an experienced food & beverage assistant to work in our restaurant, poolside bar and function area and to serve high quality meals and to make and serve quality beverage products for which the hotel is renowned.
Salary: £1250 UK TAX FREE basic + £200 UK TAX FREE contract completion bonus per month, plus tips
Contract: 6 month – seasonal contract – Start 1st May 2025

F&B Assistant responsibilities include:
- Delivering an excellent guest experience whilst serving Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner, under the direction of the F&B Supervisor
· Preparing and serving high-quality alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Engaging with guests to ensure that expectations are exceeded
- Ensuring high standards of sanitation & hygiene in the work area
- Cashiering according to set standards
- Ensuring cleanliness and appearance of all F&B outlets
- Acquiring knowledge of and ability to explain, provide and sell all food and beverage menu items
- Respectfully and proactively communicating with all other departments to ensure enhanced guest experience
Requirements and skills:
· Previous experience in a busy restaurant
- Excellent customer service skills
- The ability to engage with guests
- Excellent teamworking experience
- Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask
- The ability to work unsupervised and proactively in a busy environment
- Patience and cool headedness
