Responsibilities for a Fire & Security Tutor
* Delivering training across Fire & Security systems
* Supporting learners through both theory and practical assessments
* Providing guidance, mentoring and constructive feedback
* Helping to develop training materials and course contentEnsuring training delivery meets industry standards and best practice
Package & Benefits for a Fire & Security Tutor
* Salary: £40,000 - £48,000
* Bonus: Performance-related
* Working Hours: 38.75 hours per week
* Holiday: 25 days + bank holidays
* Pension
* Office-based role in the West Midlands
* Full support provided for teaching qualifications
