Overview:
You will support Apprentices achieve a level 3 Fire and Security Apprenticeship. To support your transition into the training sector you will receive a holistic induction and ongoing training with the opportunity to complete a training qualification.
A typical week:
* Deliver engaging & high-quality training
* Provide guidance & feedback to apprentices
* Carry out regular progress reviews
* Ensure quality & compliance standards are met
You'll need:
* 3 years fire & security systems industry experience
* Experience training/coaching/developing others
* Confident communication & presentation skills
* Committed to a career change into training role
