I'm currently recruiting for an established and respected Fire & Security company looking to add an experienced Fire & Security Engineer to their growing team covering Essex and the surrounding areas.
This role will see you carrying out the service, maintenance, fault finding and small works on Fire Alarm, CCTV and Access Control systems across a variety of commercial and residential sites.
Importantly, this position is focused purely on Fire Alarms, CCTV and Access Control, with no intruder alarm work involved.
The Role
Service and maintenance of Fire Alarm systems
Fault finding and diagnostics across Fire & Security systems
Maintenance and small works on CCTV and Access Control systems
Attending reactive call-outs across the Essex region
Completing electronic service reports and documentation
Delivering a professional and customer-focused service
Systems Experience
Experience with any of the following systems would be advantageous:
Gent
Advanced
Morley
Hikvision
Paxton
Gallagher
What They're Looking For
Previous experience as a Fire & Security Engineer
Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
Hands-on experience with Fire Alarms, CCTV and Access Control systems
Full UK Driving Licence
Professional approach with strong customer-facing skills
Package
Up to £43,000 basic salary
Overtime opportunities available
On-call rota with additional earnings
